Licence renewal is the recurring work most formation shops forget. We diary the date, assemble the audit or accounts pack where the authority requires it, and file. This has been part of the Deira office since 2024.
What we collect
The licence, the last renewal, tenancy or flexi-desk proof, and the audit pack if the zone still wants one. Missing audited statements are the usual reason a ‘simple renewal’ becomes an emergency.
First issue versus renewal
First issue is formation. Renewal is compliance. They can sit in one relationship. They are still two letters if the audit is involved, so the opinion stays independent.
Questions we are asked
How early do you need the file?
A month is comfortable if the audit is already done. If the audit has not started, start the audit first.
Can you renew a licence you did not form?
Yes. Send the current licence and the last two renewals.
What if the activity must change?
That is an amendment, not a silent renewal. We will not hide an activity change in a date rollover.
