The report
Agreed-upon procedures or a scoped opinion, in language the clause used. If the clause is vague, we help you tighten it before we start, or we will be arguing about scope on the last day.

Can this replace the year-end audit?
No. Different reader, different conclusion. Do not send a turnover certificate to a zone that asked for statutory statements.
Who is the client?
Whoever signs the letter. If two partners want two reports, that is two letters.
How do you price it?
By the procedures, not by a percentage of the dispute. We estimate after we read the clause.
